Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 392 of the IPC.
Petitioner is not named in the first information report nor anything has been recovered from his conscious possession. Petitioner does not have any criminal history. It appears from perusal of the impugned order that police reached at the house of the petitioner on the basis of surveillance of stolen mobile and the petitioner was arrested and disclosed that he had purchased said mobile from three unknown persons and subsequently, threw it in a canal. Case no. 144/2018.
