ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 08-09-2016 Mr. Abhisekh Kumar submits that he is appearing in the present case under the instruction of Mr. Umesh Chandra Verma, learned counsel for the petitioners. Learned counsel for the State is present.
The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Sangrampur P.S. Case No. 89 of 2015 for the offences registered under Sections 323, 324, 307, 379 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the specific allegation is against co-accused namely, Munnilal Sah and not against these petitioners. The injury, purported to have been inflicted by said Munnilal Sah, has been found to be simple in nature.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31585 of 2016 (3) dt.08-09-2016 2/2 surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 14th Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Sangrampur P.S.
