The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Yogapatty P.S. Case No. 67 of 2014 for the offences instituted under Sections 366/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution case is to the effect that the FIR named accused persons came to the house of the informant, ate mutton and thereafter took the wife of the informant. From the villagers the informant knew that all the accused persons came and took away his wife.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. General and omnibus

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49972 of 2015 (4) dt.17-03-2016 allegation has been made against the petitioner. The other coaccused persons have been granted anticipatory bail by this Court vide Cr.Misc.No.21423 of 2015.

On behalf of the State, it has been submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Yogapatti P.S. Case No. 67 of 2014 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned SDJM, Bettiah, West Champaran, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
