This is an application for grant of regular bail filed on behalf of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody in connection with Gopalpur PS Case No. 124 of 2018 for the alleged offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 313, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 3 and 4 of the Prevention of Witchcraft Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is a lady and there is general and omnibus allegation of assault and there is nothing specific against the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 29.11.2018.

Considering the fact that petitioner is a lady, has no criminal antecedent and she is in custody since 29.11.2018, this

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Gopalpur PS Case No. 124 of 2018.
