The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Bidupur P.S. Case No. 368 of 2015 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 379 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the allegations against the petitioners are fully misconceived and that the injuries are simply in nature. It is further submitted that petitioners have no criminal antecedents.

No.49084 of 2015 (3) dt.14-12-2015 Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioners above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Bidupur P.S.
