ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 15-10-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 27.07.2018 in connection with Sessions Tr. No.50 of 2019/138 of 2019, arising out of Jamhore P.S. Case No.79 of 2018 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 342, 323, 448, 307, 302, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

A report was called for from the court of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-IX, Aurangabad, who has reported that the trial is well under progress and is likely to conclude within six months.
