Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to implead the Accountant General, Bihar as respondent no. 8. Let necessary correction be made in the writ application during the course of the day.

Pursuant to order dated 26.11.2015, supplementary counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of respondent no. 2 and a second supplementary counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of respondent no. 6. Perusal of the same discloses that the authorities

Patna High Court CWJC No.18378 of 2014 dt.04-12-2015 2/2 have finally sent communication to the Accountant General, Bihar by letter No. 2065 dated 02.12.2015 for issuing of authority letter for payment of family pension and gratuity to the petitioner. In view of the aforesaid, the Court finds that the authorities have discharged their obligation and accordingly the writ petition stands disposed off.

The newly added respondent no. 8 shall ensure that the authority is issued to the petitioner in terms of the aforementioned letter within two weeks from the date of production of a copy of this order before the respondent no. 8. (Ahsanuddin Amanullah, J.) P. Kumar/- U T
