The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Vaishali P. S. Case No. 77 of 2016 registered under Sections 399, 402, 413, 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)A/26 of the Arms Act.

Regard being had to the complicity of the petitioner in the alleged offence which surfaced on disclosure made by some of the accused persons who were apprehended on the spot by the police, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail.
