The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with S.C. No.1356 of 2018 arising out of Complaint Case No.1958-C of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 406 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Considering the nature of allegation and the plea of innocence taken by the petitioner, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below, he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
