Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned APP for the State.

Vide order dated 6th September, 2019 in Cr.Misc.No. 35783 of 2019, the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail provisionally for two months and it was directed that the documents shall be verified by the appropriate authority. It was also observed that once the report is received and the court below is satisfied with the report, the bail bonds of the petitioner shall be confirmed, otherwise the petitioner has to

The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that now the work has been completed. The required report has been received, but since the period of two months has already elapsed, he made a prayer for extension of time. In view of aforesaid, the learned court below is directed to consider the prayer of the petitioner if the report in respect of work completion is produced, if it is found to be proper and genuine. The time limit of two months shall not create a bar in accepting the bail bonds of the petitioner. The petitioner has to surrender within six weeks before the lower court.

With these observations, the application stands disposed of.

Office shall ensure that all the defects are removed by the petitioner within the stipulated time provided hereinabove, failing which the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) HR/- U T
