JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 19-07-2017 This application has been filed to modify the order dated 1004-2017 passed by this court in Cr. Misc. No. 13112 of 2017. It has been submitted that by the aforesaid order, the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by this court but due to suffering from jaundice, the petitioner could not surrender in the court below within the stipulated time.

In view of the aforesaid submission, this modification application is allowed to the extent that the time for surrender of the petitioner in the court below is extended for further two weeks from the date of receipt of the order. If the petitioner surrenders in the court below, he will be released on same terms and conditions as mentioned in the order dated 10-04-2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 13112 of 2017. It is made clear that no further extension will be given. This modification application is, accordingly, allowed. (Sanjay Priya, J) A.K.V./- U T
