2. Earlier prayer for bail was twice rejected by this court by order dated26-09-2024 Passed in Cr. Misc. No. 51584 of 2024.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is renewing his prayer for bail on the ground of his incarceration and the snail pace of the trial.

4. The report was called for from the court below and the same has been received.

5. From perusal of the report of learned court below, it appears that the witnesses are being examined and the victim as well as her father has supported the occurrence.

6. I see no reason to reconsider my earlier order.

7. Accordingly, prayer for bail is, again rejected.
