The Petitioner seeks quashing of the order of non discharge dated 27.9.2011 passed by the A.D.J., Fast Track Court I, Gaya, in Trial No. 242 of 2010/659 of 2010.

On going through the impugned order, I find that the Trial Court applied itself to the material available against the Petitioner which in my opinion were sufficient to frame charge. Hence, finding no merit in the application, the same is dismissed.
