Petitioner is in custody in connection with Daudpur P.S. Case No. 108 of 2018 for the offence under section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

In the instant case the name of the petitioner surfaced on the confessional statement of co-accused. The said coaccused Niranjan Nut was granted bail by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 70293 of 2018 vide order dated 19.12.2018 and on the basis of order in Niranjan Nut's case, Makhan Singh and Lakhan Singh were granted bail by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 79639 of 2018 vide order dated 15.1.2019.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.80311 of 2018(2) dt.30-01-2019 2/2 Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri R.M. Tiwary, Judicial Magistrate1st Class, Saran, Chapra, in connection with Daudpur P.S. Case No. 108 of 2018.
