ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 08-10-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Saharsa Sadar P.S. Case No. 187 of 2015 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 379 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there is general and omnibus allegation against ten persons including the petitioners. So far as petitioners are concerned, there is no specific allegation against them.

Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances of this case, let the above named petitioners, in the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29975 of 2015 (3) dt.08-10-2015 2/2 event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa in connection with Saharsa Sadar P.S. Case No. 187 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
