Public Prosecutor, submits that some of the accused persons have already been granted regular bail. Accordingly, he makes a prayer for disposal of the present petition, so that petitioners may appear before the Court below and make a prayer for regular bail.

The petition stands disposed of with liberty as indicated above. If the petitioners appear before the court below within six weeks from today and make a prayer for regular bail, the learned court below without being prejudiced with this order may examine
