5. 14-05-2015 At the very outset, Sri P.K.Verma, learned senior counsel, who has appeared on behalf of respondents raised preliminary objection on the point of maintainability of the writ petition. He submits that against the impugned order, there is statutory provision of appeal under the Employees' Provident Funds & Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952.

After noticing the objection raised by

Patna High Court CWJC No.19433 of 2010 (5) dt.14-05-2015 2/2 learned senior counsel for respondents, learned counsel for the petitioner makes a prayer for disposal of the present writ petition so that the petitioner may avail statutory remedy.

The prayer is allowed.

The writ petition stands disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to avail appropriate remedy.
