The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in connection with Marouna P.S. Case No. 69 of 2015 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 467, 468, 471 and 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that she was never appointed to the post of Panchayat Teacher nor she has drawn any government money. It is further submitted that she had never attached the forged certificate, knowingly, with the form but believing the same to be true documents, at the instance of other people, she had filed her application form annexing the documents, in question.
