The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Lakhisarai P.S. case No. 485 of 2016 for the offences punishable under Section 409 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that petitioner being Panchayat Secretary of Gram Panchayat Mahisona and Kachhiyana did not hand over the records with regard to appointment of teachers.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has already handed over the registers to District Panchayat Raj Officer on 22.09.2014.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of

No.30311 of 2017 (4) dt.21-08-2017 2/2 allegation made against the petitioner, the petitioner above named in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai in connection with Lakhisarai P.S. case No. 485 of 2016, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
