====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SATYAVRAT VERMA ORAL ORDER 26-11-2021 Heard the learned Advocate for the petitioner and the learned APP for the State through video conferencing. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Khaira P. S. Case No.221 of 2020, instituted for the offences under Sections 304B, 120B/ 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 26.12.2020 and he is a person with clean antecedents, charge-sheet has been submitted in this case. The learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that from perusal of the allegation as alleged in the F.I.R., it would manifest that the allegation relating to demand of dowry is general and omnibus against all the family members of the husband of the deceased.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.32739 of 2021(2) dt.26-11-2021 2/2 petitioner is the father-in-law and mother-in-law has been granted bail by order dated 25.03.2021 in Cr. Misc. No.2425 of 2021. During course of investigation, it has come that specific allegation of demand has been made against the elder brother of the husband of the deceased.

Learned A.P.P. opposes the bail application.

Considering the fact the petitioner is the father-in-law and charge-sheet has been submitted and mother-in-law has been granted bail, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Jamui in connection with Khaira P. S. Case No.221 of 2020. The application stands allowed.
