Also the Advocates and the Staffs joined the proceedings through Video Conferencing from their residences/offices.) Date : 24-06-2022 Petitioner has prayed for the following relief(s):- "i. For issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the order dated 08.02.2022 passed by Departmental Public Grievance Redressal Officer, Urban Development and Housing Department in Complaint No.

999970327012201535 by which the complaint of the petitioner has been rejected by holding that under the Bihar Public Grievance Redressal Act, 2015, the public authority cannot be coerced to approve new Project.

ii. For issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of Mandamus commanding the Respondents to hear/consider and redress the grievance of the petitioner as filed vide his representation dated 23.09.2021 as addressed to the Additional Chief Secretary, Land Reforms and Revenue Department, Government of Bihar, Patna as well as representation dated 04.10.2021 as addressed to the Hon'ble Prime Minister of India.

iii. For issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of Mandamus commanding the Respondent Cabinet Secretary, Cabinet Secretariat Department, Govt. of Bihar to consider the grievance of the petitioner as raised in his representation dated 04.10.2021.

iv. For any other relief/s for which the

After the matter was heard for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition reserving liberty to take recourse to such remedies as are otherwise available in accordance with law. Liberty, as prayed for, is granted.

Petition stands disposed of reserving liberty aforesaid.

Interlocutory application, if any, shall also stand disposed of.
