Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with a case registered for the offences under Section 307 and other allied Sections of the Penal Code against 1000 unknown. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that during investigation name of petitioner transpired along with others. Two others, namely, Kundan Kunwar and Krishna Kumar Singh, whose name also transpired during investigation of the present case, have been admitted to the privilege of bail in the event of arrest by another Bench of this Court under order no. 3 dated 13.02.2015, passed in Cr. Misc. Nos. 5208, 5290, both of 2015, Annexure-2.
