In this case, the petitioners are seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Kashichak P.S. Case No.81 of 2016, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 498(A), 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 3 / 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Allegation has been made against the petitioners to have tortured the victim after the marriage.

Looking to the nature of allegation and also the fact

No.24835 of 2017 (2) dt.01-07-2017 2/2 that the petitioner nos.1 and 2 are the sister-in-law and petitioner no.3 is the brother-in-law of the informant, let the above named petitioners, be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada, in connection with Kashichak P.S.
