JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 22-02-2019 The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Dhanha P.S.Case No. 159 of 2018 registered under Sections 147,148,149,224,307,323,332,353,447 and 504 of the Indian penal Code.
Allegation as per FIR is that police personnel when went to arrest the son of the petitioner no. 1, petitioners along with several other accused persons got furious from the police and attacked on them.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that they are ladies and injuries are also found simple in nature on the police personnel.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.80085 of 2018(3) dt.22-02-2019 2/2 circumstances, as the petitioners are ladies, let the petitioners, abovenamed, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM, 1st Class, Bagaha, West Champaran in connection with Dhanha P.S.
