Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302 and 201 of the Indian Penal Code.

The FIR has been lodged on recovery of dead body of unknown person.

Submission is that there is no eyewitness of the occurrence. Petitioner is in custody since 12.11.2018. Investigation of the case is complete. Petitioner was apprehended on suspicion and his confessional statement has been recorded in this case. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.
