The case is registered under section 392 of the Indian Penal Code, in connection with Daudnagar P.S. Case No. 519 of 2021.
As per the allegation in the FIR, the informant alleged that when she withdrew Rs. 49,000/- from the Punjab National Bank, Daudnagar, Branch and was about to sit in an Auto, four unknown persons on the point of pistol looted the bag as also the mobile and fled away.
In this case, case diary was called for 4.8.2022 and the same has been received and perused by the learned APP.

No.25140 of 2022(3) dt.30-08-2022 2/2 As per him, immediately after the occurrence, the police intercepted a motorcycle and searched the body of the petitioner and the amount was allegedly recovered from him. It has come to the notice of this Court that the petitioner has modus operandi of operating around the Punjab National Bank and in Haspura P.S. Case No. 184 of 2021 too, it has been alleged that one Mr. Vijay Sharma withdrew Rs. 40,000/- which was snatched by the motorcycle borne accused persons in which his name has cropped up.
Taking into account the aforesaid facts as also that he has criminal antecedent inasmuch as five criminal cases lodged against him, this Court for the present is not inclined to grant him the privilege of bail which is accordingly rejected. (Rajiv Roy, J) Ravi/- U T
