06. 04.12.2015 The Petitioner seeks cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to the Opposite Party No. 2 by order dated 24.10.2013 in connection with Bakhari P.S. Case No. 120 of 2013 passed in A.B.P. No. 1305 of 2013 by the Sessions Judge, Begusarai on the ground that the victim girl had supported the case during investigation.
The Opposite Party No. 2 submits that the trial is at the fag end and despite bailable warrants having been issued against the Petitioner for some reason she is not appearing before the Court below only with a view to somehow put the Opposite Party No. 2 behind the bars which is unjustifiable. The Application is disposed off with a direction to the Petitioner to appear before the Court below positively on the date fixed and give her undertakings before the Court and
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26950 of 2014 (6) dt.04-12-2015 thereafter the Court below will conclude the trial within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order without granting unnecessary adjournment to any party in which both the parties shall co-operate.
