The petitioners being the parents and the brother of the husband of the daughter of the informant are apprehending are arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 498A, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. The basic accusation is of torture for nonfulfillment of the dowry demand to the daughter of the informant and driven her out from the matrimonial house. It is further alleged that on 07.03.2016 the petitioners and the husband of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36380 of 2016 (2) dt.30-08-2016 2/2 daughter of the informant came to the house of the informant and assaulted the informant and his wife.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the injury reports of the informant and his wife have been brought on record as Annexure-2 series to the supplementary affidavit which suggest that the injuries have been found superficial, swelling and abrasion, simple in nature. The accusation is omnibus and general. The thrust of accusation is against the husband of the daughter of the informant. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in connection with Hisua P.S. Case No. 51 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
