2. The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Amarpur P.S. Case No. 26 of 2024, dated 12.01.2024, instituted for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 366(A), 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code in which Section 8 of the POCSO Act was also added later on.
3. The prosecution case, in short, is that, on 31.12.2023 co-accused Rupesh Yadav lured the minor daughter of informant and took her away with an intention to marry her.
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.26699 of 2025(2) dt.07-05-2025 2/3 It is further alleged that when the informant went to the house of accused Rupesh Yadav then petitioners (family members of accused Rupesh Yadav) started abusing her and threatened to kill her.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and they have been falsely implicated in this case. It is further submitted that petitioner nos. 1 & 3 are parents of accused Rupesh Yadav and petitioner no. 2 is uncle of Rupesh Yadav due to which they have been falsely made accused in this case. It is also submitted that the occurrence took place on 31.12.2023 but the F.I.R. has been lodged on 12.01.2024 i.e. after delay of 11 days without any plausible explaination. Lastly, it has been submitted that the petitioners have no criminal antecedents.
5. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, in the event of arrest / surrender of the petitioner within a period of six weeks from today, in connection with Amarpur P.S. Case No. 26 of 2024, they shall be released on anticipatory bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with
