The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Sasaram (T) Model P.S. Case No.367 of 2018 registered under Sections 341, 342, 323, 379, 365/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation as per the FIR is that informant is the sales staff of Sona Traders and on 27.02.2018 at around 12 hours came to Nagar Parishad Office, Sasaram to deposit the documents for tender and thereafter 2-3 unknown persons assaulted him and snatched all documents and captive him in the chamber of Chairman. Petitioner no.1 is Chairman of the Sasaram Municipality whereas petitioner no.2 is the husband of petitioner no.1.

No.80615 of 2018(5) dt.15-04-2019 2/2 It has been submitted that three cases have been lodged for the same occurrence and in other two cases, the petitioners have been granted anticipatory bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 28.01.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No.4289 of 2019 and vide order dated 11.02.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No.4077 of 2019.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of six weeks from the date of order, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sasaram in connection with Sasaram (T) Model P.S. Case No.367 of 2018, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure with further condition that there should be two local bailors and petitioners will cooperate in the investigation, failing which their bail bond shall of cancelled.
