This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 19.12.2018 passed by this Court in C.W.J.C. No.14727 of 2018.

It appears that this Court vide order dated 19.12.2018 passed in C.W.J.C. No.14727 of 2018 directed for release of vehicle (New Splendor Pro Motorcycle) bearing

Patna High Court MJC No.1351 of 2019(2) dt.17-02-2020 2/2 Registration No. BR06AX-7556. However, the aforesaid Registration Number is not related to New Splendor Pro Motorcycle rather, it is related to Hero Glamour Motorcycle. In such view of the matter, let the District Magistrate, Darbhanga, release Hero Glamour Motorcycle bearing Registration No. BR06AX-7556 subject to the conditions as mentioned in the order dated 19.12.2018 passed in C.W.J.C. No.14727 of 2018.

So far as the claim of the petitioners with respect to release of other motorcycle (New Splendor Pro) is concerned, they are at liberty to file separate petition for the same. Accordingly, this Modification Application stands disposed of.
