The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 498 (A), 406, 307, 323, 379, 354, 504, 506 and 509 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
In pursuance of the order of this Court dated 25.7.2017 petitioner and opposite party no.2 are physically present. This Court has specifically asked opposite party no.2 as to whether she is ready to go with her husband, she flatly refused.
Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, in the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33537 of 2017 (3) dt.11-08-2017 event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, let petitioner, namely, Akhtar Ali, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection with G.B. Nagar P.S. Case No.4 of 2017, arising out of Complaint Case No.2434 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
