The petitioner being the mother of the husband of the victim is apprehending her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B and 201 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant after three years of the marriage for nonfulfillment of the dowry demand. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the omnibus and general against entire in-laws family including the petitioner. The petitioner claims to be

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.41705 of 2015 (2) dt.08-10-2015 2/2 separate from the husband of the victim, who, as per learned counsel for the petitioner, is in custody. Moreover, the victim died due to acute chest pain.

Considering the nature of accusation and the petitioner being a lady, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 73 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
