In this case, the petitioners are seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Surajgarha P.S. Case No.225 of 2018, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 323, 379, 353, 354, 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation has been made that on 02.11.2018 selection of Anganwari Sevika was to be done but the accused persons have entered the place for selection, started hurling abuses and forcefully took away the valuable documents. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are mother-in-law and daughter-in-law and both

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.80772 of 2018(2) dt.25-01-2019 2/2 have been wrongly been implicated in this case. He further submits that the dispute is arising out on account of selection of Aaganwari Sevika.

Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above-named, be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai, in connection with Surajgarha P.S. Case no.225 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
