====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MUNGESHWAR SAHOO ORAL ORDER 07-12-2015 Heard Mr.Choudhary Shyam Nandan, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner.

By the impugned order dated 22.12.2012, the learned Principal Family Court,Chapra, in Matrimonial Case No. 103 of 2011 directed the petitioner to pay Rs. 1500/- (fifteen hundred) per month only as maintenance to his wife-respondent.

The only grievance of the petitioner is that Matrimonial Case has been filed under Section 12 of the Hindu Marriage Act and that the petitioner is earning Rs. 200/- per day, who is a tempo driver. It appears that the Court has granted only ad interim maintenance taking into account that at that time the earning of the petitioner was Rs. 200/- per day.

Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, the impugned order cannot be interfered with.

Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
