That the instant application is directed for issuance of necessary writ or writs / order or direction as nature of the case may require quashing the order / notice dated 15.1.2020 issued by Respondent No. 5 in a case being encroachment case no. 18/2017-18 by way of issuing writ of certiorari inasmuch as commanding the respondent authority not to demolish / remove the so called encroached land / pucca made residential house of the petitioner by
