2. In the instant petition, petitioner has prayed for the following relief/reliefs:

"I. For the issuance of directions orders or writs in the nature of mandamus directing the Respondents to forthwith allow the petitioner to resume her charges as Anganbadi Sewika of Semariya Anganbari Kendra in Agarsanda Panchayat situated in the District of Bhojpur, Ara.

II. For the issuance of directions orders on writs in the nature of mandamus directing the Respondent No. 4 (District Magistrate, Bhojpur) to take necessary action on the representation filed by the petitioner dated 19.02.2020 (ANNEXURE NO. 3) by passing an appropriate order in accordance with law.

3. The 4th Respondent-District Programme Officer, Bhojpur has not taken a decision and redressed the grievance of the petitioner relating to acceptance of the post of Anganbadi Sewika of Semariya Anganbari Kendra in Agarsanda Panchayat situated in the District of Bhojpur, Ara.

4. The 4th Respondent is hereby directed to take a decision and communicate to the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of this order.

5. With the above observation, writ petition stands disposed off.
