The petitioner seeks bail in Imamganj P.S. Case No. 07/2019, instituted for offences under Section(s) 429, 467, 468, 471 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged in the written report that the certificates of 18 Niyojit teachers of Imamganj Block was got verified from Bihar School Examination Board wherein it was found that B.S.E.B. had neither conducted CPED examination nor had allotted Roll Code and Roll Numbers. It is alleged that Selection Committee appears to be involved in appointment of Niyojit Primary School Teacher on the basis of forged certificates. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28729 of 2019(2) dt.02-05-2019 2/2 petitioner has been appointed as Niyojit Primary School Teachers on the basis of CPED certificates. He was appointed under unreserved category of female as trained teacher. The school from which he has obtained the training has been shown to be PTTC SI Mariya which is a recognized physical training college by the B.S.E.B. Petitioner had very good marks in Matric and Inter.

The other accused persons have already been granted bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 15930/2019 dated 14.03.2019.

Petitioner is in custody since 11.01.2019.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Sherghati (Gaya) in connection with Imamganj P.S. Case No. 07/2019, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner. (Sanjay Priya, J) rakhi/- U T
