No. 11705 of 2016 (Annexure-1), whereby the prayer for anticipatory bail made on behalf of the petitioners in connection with Rivilganj P.S. Case No. 173 of 2015 pending in the court of the learned Additional Judicial Magistrate, 8th, Saran at Chapra was rejected.

In above view of the matter, the present application seeking modification is completely misconceived and is accordingly, dismissed.
