Petitioner seeks bail in Shahpur P.S. Case No.04 of 2019 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 341, 323, 504, 392, 411 Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged in the written report that one Samsung Mobile and rupees two thousand was snatched from possession of the petitioner. One person was apprehended by the informant, who disclosed his name as petitioner.

As per seizure list, rupees two thousand was recovered from possession of the petitioner.

As per written report, petitioner was apprehended at the spot, but there is no recovery of mobile from his possession. It further appears that no description of notes have been

Counsel for the petitioner submits that Petitioner is in custody since 04.01.2019 having clean antecedents. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, 1, Danapur, Patna, in connection with Shahpur P.S.
