The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Gaurichak P.S. Case No. 83 of 2022 registered for the offences punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Recovery has been made from the place which is accessible to general public. The petitioners have clean antecedent.

Accordingly, let the petitioners above named be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Spl. Judge, Excise, Patna, in connection with Gaurichak P.S. Case No. 83 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
