The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Akbarnagar P.S. Case No.102 of 2022 dated 26.11.2022 for the offences punishable under Section 380 of the Indian Penal Code, 35 (2) F.C.O. Act and Section 7 (1) a (i) of the Essential Commodities Act, pending in the Court of learned A.C.J.M.-I, Bhagalpur After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application. Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn.

However, if the petitioner surrenders before the
