The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Mirganj P. S. Case No. 75 of 2016 instituted under Sections 304B and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation, in brief, is that just after lapse of a year after solemnization of marriage of the informant's daughter with the son of the petitioner, she was killed when demand of dowry was not fulfilled and the dead body of the deceased was disposed of.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is the mother-in-law and she is not involved in the crime and her daughter-in-law died due to some illness. However, no document or medical prescription relating

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30398 of 2017 (2) dt.06-07-2017 2/2 to illness of the deceased has been produced. So considering the nature of offence, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory of the petitioner is rejected.
