2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sheikhpura P.S. Case No. 282 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 103 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. The petitioner is accused of killing the deceased. The petitioner was not named in the FIR. After six months of the occurrence, the name of the petitioner has come during investigation. The brother-in-law (Sala) has named the petitioner as the assailant of the deceased. The trial has already stated.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 21.02.2025.

5. Considering the aforesaid, this application is

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheikhpura/ Succession Court in connection with Sheikhpura P.S.
