JUSTICE NANI TAGIA ORAL ORDER 17-06-2025 This contempt application has been filed alleging violation of the orders dated 26.07.2010 and 02.12.2011 passed in CWJC No. 11667 of 2010 whereby an interim order was passed to the effect that the petitioner's possession may not be disturbed.

2. Opposite party Nos. 3 and 4 have filed a show cause.

3. The CWJC No. 11667 of 2010 along with CWJC No. 12187 of 2013 was finally disposed off by this Court by an order dated 21.06.2022, whereby the matter was transferred to the Bihar Land Tribunal, Patna in view of the proviso to Section

Patna High Court MJC No.1352 of 2019(2) dt.17-06-2025 2/2 15 of the Bihar Land Tribunal Act, 2009. While transferring the matter to the Bihar Land Tribunal, the stay granted in favour of the petitioner vide order dated 26.07.2010, was directed to be continued only till the first hearing in the Bihar Land Tribunal, Patna.

4. Nothing has been brought on record what transpired before the Bihar Land Tribunal, Patna after the matter was transferred there by this Court by an order passing the writ petition dated 21.06.2022.

5. Be that as it may, since the matter was transferred to the Bihar Land Tribunal, Patna as far back as on 21.06.2022 by an order of this Court passed in the writ petitions mentioned above, this contempt application shall stand disposed off leaving the parties to agitate the matter before the Bihar Land Tribunal, Patna.

6. The contempt application stands closed.
