Mr.A.G ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE NAWNEET KUMAR PANDEY ORAL ORDER 01-07-2022 Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to remove all the defects pointed out by the Stamp Reporter within one month.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Addl.P.P. for the State through video conferencing. The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 26.02.2021 passed in Cr. App. (SJ) No. 2177 of 2020 by which the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail.

For the reasons disclosed in the application, it is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24342 of 2022(2) dt.01-07-2022 2/2 allowed and the time granted by order dated 26.02.2021, passed in Cr. APP. (SJ) No. 2177 of 2020 for surrender of the petitioner and furnishing bail bond is extended by four weeks from today, subject to deposit of Rs. 5,000/- to the District Legal Services Authority. At the time of surrender, the petitioner shall furnish the receipt showing deposit of Rs. 5,000/- to the District Legal Services Authority.

Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioner within the stipulated time provided in para-1 hereinabove, failing which the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
