====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SATYAVRAT VERMA ORAL ORDER 11-11-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 447, 341, 323, 324, 307, 354, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the anticipatory bail application with respect petitioner no. 2.

Permission is accorded.

Learned counsel for the petitioner no. 3 submits that petitioner no. 3 is a person with clean antecedent and from

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25100 of 2022(3) dt.11-11-2022 2/2 perusal of the allegation as alleged in the FIR it would manifest that the allegation of assault against him is general and omnibus in nature.

Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner no. 3.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner no. 3, Jitu Sharma, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Janta Bazar P.S. Case No. 102 of 2021 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
