From the show cause, as filed, it appears that after

Patna High Court MJC No.1078 of 2009 (3) dt.24-11-2015 these proceedings has been initiated, an amount of Rs. 2,11,218/- (Rupees Two lacs Eleven Thousand Two Hundred Eighteen only), which was the initial amount on due, was paid to the petitioner by Cheque No. BB 331200 dated 10.10.2009.
