However, there is a show cause filed on behalf of the Municipal Commissioner-cum-Chief Executive Officer, Patna Municipal Corporation in which it is stated that vide Cheque No. 551257 dated 14-5-2009, the amount due to the petitioner inclusive of cost, totalling Rs. 42,140/- has been paid in full compliance of the orders of this Court.
