Learned counsel for the Bihar Public Service Commission submits that present writ petition is identical to the case of Prem Kumar Bhakta and others v. The State of Bihar and others, reported in 2014(1) PLJR 471 and same has been affirmed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Sunil Kumar and others v. Bihar Public Service Commission and others, reported in (2016) 2 SCC 495. In such view of the matter, this writ petition has been
